The day before her sister Kate is scheduled to touch down in B.C. for a royal visit, Pippa Middleton has found herself in the middle of a major hacking scandal.

According to Britain’s The Sun, 3,000 private photographs of Pippa, 33, and her fiancé James Matthews were stolen when her iCloud was hacked.

The Sun reports that a man calling himself ‘Crafty Cockney’ asked for £50,000 ($85,000 CAD) within 48 hours for the shots. If his demand was not met he or she would sell the photos to the highest bidder.

Two photos of Pippa at what appeared to be her wedding dress fitting were sent as proof of the hack, according to The Sun.

The alleged iCloud hack follows a massive scandal in 2014 that saw hundreds of celebrity nude photos hacked from the same Apple service.
