Kingston Police/File

KINGSTON, Ont. — Police say officers who stopped a driver for allegedly rolling through a stop light in Kingston, Ont., found the accused wasn’t wearing any pants.

They say the incident occurred early Wednesday morning in front of a fully-marked Kingston police cruiser.

Investigators say the driver sped up when the officers activated the siren and lights but was forced to stop to wait for an apartment building garage door to open.
