Katy Perry took to Twitter on Monday to tell her fans about the busy day she had playing her sister’s midwife – just hours before heading into the studio. (Perry is currently working on her fifth album, which her manager said could be released sometime this year.)

“Helped deliver my sister’s baby at 2pm & am in the studio by 8pm. GET A GIRL THAT CAN DO BOTH!” she wrote.

While this may seem like a strange occurrence, Perry is not new to delivering babies. Two years ago, she assisted her older sister, Angela Hudson, with her first birth.

“Finally you can add ‘helps deliver babies in living rooms’ to my resume! It’s been a miracle of a day… Auntie Katy aka Stylist Auntie,” she tweeted in February 2014.

There’s no word on how Perry got involved in Monday’s birth, but two years ago she was there because her sister had a home birth in her living room.

In an interview with Australian radio station 2DayFM, Perry explained her 2014 role.

“My sister gave birth in her living room and I got to be kind of like an assistant doula, which, in a home birth, is kind of just there for support,” Perry said. “I was in it! I mean I was holding… I probably shouldn’t give too many details, but my sister actually is a true rock star. She gave birth in her living room without a single Advil.”

It’s been an eventful few days for the Roar singer as she just shared a touching moment with a fan who survived the Orlando nightclub shooting on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

The following day, Perry caused a stir when she responded to a tweet from a fan asking about a future Taylor Swift collaboration with “if she says sorry, sure!”

The feud between the two pop stars dates back to 2014 when Swift hinted in Rolling Stone that her song Bad Blood was about a fellow singer.

“She did something so horrible,” Swift said. “I was like, ‘Oh, we’re just straight-up enemies.’ And it wasn’t even about a guy! It had to do with business. She basically tried to sabotage an entire arena tour. She tried to hire a bunch of people out from under me.”

Many fans quickly speculated that the anonymous artist was Perry, because some of Swift’s dancers left her tour to go on Perry’s and they had both dated John Mayer.

Shortly after the Rolling Stone interview, Perry tweeted, “Watch out for the Regina George in sheep’s clothing.” Later, in a 2015 interview with Billboard, she said, “If somebody is trying to defame my character, you’re going to hear about it.”

In July, Perry went on to Tweet a GIF of Democratic Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton rolling her eyes after her name was brought up in Calvin Harris‘s Twitter rant about his ex, Swift. Harris compared the breakup to Swift to trying to “bury [him] like Katy,” referencing the alleged feud between the two singers.
