The alleged suspects in a brutal road rage incident in Burnaby can now be seen in recently released photos from a bystander on the scene.

The victim of the attack, who wishes to have his name kept anonymous, was driving with his girlfriend when she stopped at the intersection of Kingsway and Patterson Avenue in south Burnaby. The driver of the vehicle behind them thought they were too slow to clear the intersection, causing him to become enraged, according to the victim.

The couple then realized they were being followed by the driver, and decided to pull over outside a neighbour’s house.

“He was losing it and swearing, and just going nuts,” the victim told Global News.

They then tried to drive home and continued to be followed by the attacker, who called in three other men who arrived at the victim’s home.

The victim received multiple wounds to his head and body.

“To hit a pot over someone’s head when they’re already not moving and bleeding everywhere you’d have to be almost completely insane,” the victim said.

Burnaby RCMP say they have received descriptions of the suspects and their vehicles but have not yet made any arrests.
