WINNIPEG — Several police officers were on scene Thursday afternoon near Bishop Grandin and the Red River.
Investigators were focused on the west side of the river and put down evidence markers on what appears to tire tracks leading from the road into the water.
Police said they received reports of something in the water but can’t confirm what it is, or if anything is there. They will be sending the dive team in Saturday morning.
