It’s alleged the driver was more than three times over the legal blood-alcohol limit.
Thirty-seven-year-old Iryna Lazovik is due in an Owen Sound court next month to face charges of impaired driving, being over the legal blood-alcohol limit and failing to provide the necessaries of life to a child.
