WATERLOO REGION, Ont. – A suspect in a Kitchener homicide case is scheduled to appear at a bail hearing today.
Thirty-three year old Brandon Makins of Kitchener was found dead when Waterloo Regional Police officers responded to a shots fired call Friday night.
Investigators later arrested a 29-year old Kitchener man in Durham Region.
Police say the suspect, who’s name hasn’t been released, will be facing a charge of first degree murder at today’s bail hearing.
They’re also asking anyone with information about the case to contact them.
