MONTREAL – A 19-year-old man is in hospital after a stabbing in the borough of Saint-Laurent.
It happened around 10:15 p.m. Monday at the Côte-Vertu bus terminus on the corner of Edouard Laurin Boulevard and Gohier Street.
The victim was stabbed in the upper body during an altercation with another individual.
His life is not in danger.
“The victim is known to police,” confirmed Daniel Lacoursière, a spokesperson with Montreal police.
“He was injured by a sharp object.”
Investigators are working to determine the events leading up to the stabbing.
