REGINA – Two people are facing attempted murder charges after a 14-year-old boy was the victim of a sustained, serious physical assault.
On Wednesday May 11, police were called to the 1100 block of Cameron street and found the 14-year-old-boy seriously injured. The teen was brought to hospital where he is still receiving medical care.
Police arrested 27-year-old Joshua Brendan Bird and a 17-year-old teen who cannot be named and charged them both with attempted murder.
They made their first court appearance on Monday morning.
