WINNIPEG — The Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service (WFPS) has imposed a temporary ban on issuing open-air burn permits because of low ground moisture and high winds.
This ban is put in place to prevent spread of fire, and will be lifted as soon as environmental conditions improve.
