REGINA – A Saskatoon man is facing sexual assault charges after he was discovered in a Regina hotel room with a 15-year-old girl.
At approximately 3:57 a.m. on April 15, Regina police went to a room at a motel on the 1900 block of Rupert Street for a report of a missing 15-year-old girl from Punnichy, Sask.
Police say they found the 15-year-old girl with a 38-year-old David Xiang. Xiang, who is from Saskatoon, was arrested and charged with sexual assault of a person under 16 years of age, sexual interference and luring a person under 16 years of age by means of telecommunication.
