TORONTO — A 50-year-old Hamilton photographer faces child pornography and sex assault charges after police say he contacted a female through social media for a modelling job and sexually assaulted her at his downtown Hamilton home.

Hamilton police said a female was offered the modelling opportunity through the photography and modelling business modelscout38 in early February and she later accepted and went to his residence, which is when he allegedly sexually assaulted her.
