An Ohio man narrowly escaped being crushed by a locomotive after his vehicle became stuck on a set of train tracks.
Police dashcam video recorded the March 10 incident, which shows an officer pull up to the rail crossing as a train barrels down on the stuck van.

The recording captured the van owner rushing to grab items from the vehicle’s cab as the train approaches.
Video shows the police officer rush to the vehicle to usher the man away from the tracks just seconds before the train rams head-on into the van.
Fortunately no one was injured in the the crash.
