Saskatoon police say missing toddler has been found

UPDATE: Police say Darnel Whiteman, 2, was found on March 7 and is safe

SASKATOON – Saskatoon police are asking the public for help in finding a missing toddler. Darnel Whiteman, 2, was last seen at a residence in the 400-block of Avenue F South at around 1:45 p.m. CT on Wednesday.

Police say his mother, Chantal Ermine, removed him from the residence during a scheduled visit.

Whiteman is not believed to be in any immediate danger, according to officials.

Police have been in contact with Ermine but say she has not been forthcoming with information on the matter.
