Boundaries: The Regina Gardiner Park riding is on the east side of Regina with its boundaries being Ring Road and Park street to the west, Ring Road and Dewdney Avenue to the North, Arcola Avenue and Prince of Wales Drive to the south and Woodland Grove Drive and Prince of Wales Drive to the east. This riding is where the Regina neighbourhoods of Gardiner Park and Gardiner Heights are located.
Last Election: This is a new riding. In the old Regina Dewdney riding Gene Makowsky of the Saskatchewan Party beat NDP candidate Kevin Yates by just under 1900 votes, 61 per cent to 35 per cent.
History: This will be the first election that there has been a Regina Gardiner Park riding with 75 per cent of this riding formally being Regina Dewdney, 15 per cent from Regina Wascana Plains, and the final 10 per cent from Regina Northeast.
