WATCH: Marco Rubio's campaign still isn't acknowledging the ad that clearly shows footage of Vancouver while talking about "morning in America." But as Jackson Proskow reports, Rubio isn't the only one with a campaign commercial gone awry – Feb 16, 2016

A new commercial by American presidential candidate Marco Rubio opens with a tugboat rolling past a seemingly anonymous harbour as the narrator says “Today. It’s morning again in America.”

The images, however, don’t match the text as the harbour is actually in Vancouver.

Not Vancouver, Washington but Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Several key Vancouver landmarks can be seen in the background including the lookout atop Harbour Centre.

Perhaps even more telling is the Canadian flag on the tugboat which can be seen fluttering in the wind.

The footage appears to come from Shutterstock and while it is tagged Vancouver, it has also been tagged San Francisco and New York as well.
