TORONTO – A 25-year-old man has died of injuries sustained in a fight in midtown Toronto early Wednesday morning.
Police were called to a fight scene at Yonge Street and Lola Road, just south of Eglinton Avenue, at 12:30 a.m.
25-year-old Zack Noureddine sustained serious injuries during an altercation with three men dressed in dark clothing, police said.
The suspects then fled the scene in a light-coloured four-door sedan.
The victim was transported to hospital, where he was later died of his injuries.
Police have not released any more detailed descriptions of the suspects.
Investigators are asking nearby businesses with surveillance cameras to contact them.
