TORONTO – Police are seeking the public’s help identifying a man who was allegedly caught masturbating on the birthing floor of an Oshawa, Ont. hospital this week.
It is alleged the man was seen committing the act on Dec. 22 around 4:30 a.m. near the front doors of the birthing unit at Lakeridge Health.
Police said security was called but the suspect managed to flee the area before anyone arrived.
Authorities said the incident was captured on surveillance video and image of the accused has been released.
He is described as white, between 18 to 22 years old, approximately 5’ 8” tall and 140 lbs., clean-shaven with short black hair.
He was wearing all black clothing and a black hat with the San Antonio Spurs (NBA) logo on it.
