TORONTO — Police are searching for a suspect after a teenage girl saw a man masturbating in public in Oshawa on Thursday.
Durham Regional Police said a 14-year-old girl was walking on Olive Avenue near Cowan Park at about 3:25 p.m., when she witnessed a man walking in the opposite direction with his genitals exposed.
When the man saw the girl, police said he allegedly began masturbating and the witness ran from the area and called 911.
Police describe the suspect as a white man aged 35 to 40 years old standing about 6′ tall with a thin build. He was wearing a green shirt with white writing and was last seen leaving the area in a white four-door vehicle.
