Health Canada has recalled President’s Choice Butter Chicken Lasagna because of possible bone fragments in the pasta dish.

There have been no injuries because of the recall, according to the Health Canada website, but people who have purchased the product are recommended to return it to the store or throw it out.

The Butter Chicken Lasagna was sold nationally, and is being recalled across the country at the request of Loblaw Companies Limited.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency will conduct a full investigation, according to Health Canada officials, which they say may lead to other product recalls.

A full list of product recalls can be found at the Health Canada website.
