SAINT JOHN – Dennis Oland, son of Richard Oland and only suspect in his murder, is expected to take the stand and testify this week.
Dennis Oland has pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder in the bludgeoning death of Richard Oland at his Saint John office on July 7, 2011.

The Crown wrapped their case last week, and defence lawyer Gary Miller revealed Thursday that Oland, his wife Lisa, sister Jacqueline Walsh, and mother Connie Oland will all be witnesses for the defence.
