TORONTO – Toronto city councillor and Twitter guru Norm Kelly is at it again.
This time he showed off his best Drake impression while dancing to the Canadian rap artist’s hit single ‘Hotline Bling’ ahead of Drake Night at the Air Canada Centre.

Kelly was recorded on video Wednesday gyrating to the tune inside a custom-made booth replicating the viral video of Drake’s song.
The replica box has been set up ahead of the Toronto Raptors’ home game against the Cleveland Cavaliers and fans can also take turns showing off their dance moves.
The third annual Drake Night was created in honour of the Raptors’ Global Ambassador and has been a hit for fans.
