RCMP have been called to the scene of a fatal head-on crash between a semi truck and a car on Highway 5, west of Dauphin on Wednesday afternoon.
The driver of the semi was not injured while the driver of the car has been identified as a 58-year-old man. He was taken to hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

RCMP are not releasing the name of the deceased. It adds that alcohol is not considered a factor in the crash.
Police are continuing its investigation.
