TORONTO – A man in his 50s has died in hospital after being stabbed at an apartment building in the St. James Town area of Toronto early Friday morning.
The incident happened just before 4 a.m. at 200 Wellesley Street just east of Sherbourne Street.

Toronto paramedics said the victim was taken to hospital with a stab wound in the torso. He was later pronounced dead.
Police said they have one person in custody and there are no outstanding suspects.
