Alcohol, speed factors in fatal rollover near Debden, Sask., police say

Saskatchewan RCMP is investigating the fatal rollover which happened Friday evening around 15 kilometres north of Debden, Sask. Emergency services were called to the single-vehicle crash scene on Highway 55 at 7:40 p.m. CT.

A 24-year-old man was killed. His name has not been released.

Six passengers were taken to hospital with undisclosed injuries.

The driver of the vehicle was arrested at the scene. Big River RCMP say speed and alcohol were factors in the collision.
