TORONTO – York Regional Police have released a new video of a suspected wanted in connection with a string of sexual assaults in Newmarket, Ont.
The man is linked to four confirmed incidents, most recently on Sept. 25 when he allegedly attacked an 18-year-old woman on Aspenwood Drive, pushed her to the ground and attempted to remove her clothing before a passerby intervened.
Two other assaults took placed on Sept. 8 and another on Aug. 18 when the suspect reportedly groped women in the vicinity of the Upper Canada Mall.

A fifth incident was reported on Oct. 13, but police later determined that attack never took place.
The suspect is described as white male, 20-25 years old, approximately 5’5″ tall and weighing 125-130 pounds with a thin build.
Investigators will also be conducting a canvass in the area of Matthew Boyd Crescent and Dean Burton Lane at 6 p.m. A large police presence in the area can be expected.
