NEW TECUMSETH, Ont. – The Transportation Safety Board of Canada is sending a team to investigate a small plane crash north of Toronto that reportedly left one person dead.

The call came in to Ontario Provincial Police at 3:30 p.m.
Reports say the plane hit power lines on Saturday afternoon in the community of New Tecumseh near Tottenham Road and the 8th line.
Early reports are that one person died in the crash, attributing the information to Ontario Provincial Police.
