Vancouver Police are investigating a brazen daylight distraction robbery.
Albee Yang says she withdrew $5,000 from a bank at Lansdowne Mall in Richmond Monday morning, then drove to meet a friend in Vancouver.

When she was on her way her tire blew up. She got out to check it and says two South Asian men ran over and robbed her of her purse and cash.
Police believe Yang was either targeted or followed.
