Justin Bieber’s brand new single has finally arrived.As promised 30 days ago during an On Air with Ryan Seacrest appearance, The Biebs has unveiled the hotly anticipated tune “What Do You Mean” to the delight of Beliebers all over the globe. Accompanying the release is a lyric video that’s light on Bieber (he pops up at the end all shirtless and Bieber-y), but does feature a fair bit of skateboarding and an opportunity to learn the words to this fresh tune.
