UPDATE: Tuesday, September 29 (9:59 p.m. ET) – Brian Austin Green is finally responding to divorce papers filed by soon-to-be ex-wife Megan Fox.

According to People, court documents show that  Green is asking Fox for spousal support and joint custody of their two kids.

This comes after Fox filed for separation June 15.

Just a few days after announcing their separation, Megan Fox has filed for divorce from Brian Austin Green citing the usual “irreconcilable differences” as the reason.

Sources have revealed there is no prenup so all the earnings during the last 5 years will be split evenly between them. Megan may end up forking out spousal support to Brian because she was the main bread winner and her had some medical issues.

The split is reportedly “very amicable” with Fox only looking for joint custody.

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green have reportedly split, according to Us Weekly.

“Megan has separated from Brian. They decided on it six months ago,” an insider reveals in the publication’s new issue. The pair spent 11 years together, married for five of those years.

Fox, 29, and Green, 42, have two sons together, a 2-year-old and 18-month-old. Green also has a 13-year-old son from a previous relationship.

Green, known for his time on Beverly Hills, 90210, married Fox in June 2010.
