NHLers dancing in tights at Setoguchi’s wedding might be the best thing ever

WATCH ABOVE: Hockey players, leotards and Sia. What more could you ask for?

Lethbridge native Kris Versteeg has answered all your prayers by helping to deliver one of the most jaw-dropping, choreographed (they tried anyway) and leotard-filled dances ever by a group of NHL players.

I bet you never expected to read that last paragraph.

Versteeg, Jason Demers and two other NHL players wearing masks ripped off their suits – during former San Jose Sharks teammate Devin Setoguchi’s wedding reception – and pirouetted to Sia’s hit song “Chandelier“.

“Funniest thing I’ve witnessed in 1,500 weddings videotaped,” Chris Hennessy said in the video’s description on YouTube. He posted the dance Sunday and it has already been watched over 125,000 times as of Tuesday afternoon.

Breaking news from Canada and around the world sent to your email, as it happens.

But the YouTube comments might be just as entertaining as the video itself.

The jury is still out on what, exactly, this move is called. YouTube / HennFlix

“At least we know hockey players look fantastic in leotards,” said Antoinette Cisneros.

Hennessy replied with a confession, “Lemme tell you, I filmed it, I’m extremely hetero, but wow they were hot!”

Versteeg appeared to be in great shape – more than likely from carrying the Stanley Cup around since winning it with the Chicago Blackhawks last season. What a terrible problem to have.
