The ongoing feud between the District of Lake Country and the Kelowna Ogopogo Radio Controllers Association is heating up again. A couple of years ago, the district took the hobby club to court because of noise complaints. The district wanted the club to take-off but the courts decided with the club. Now, the club says it’s being hounded by the district’s bylaw department over camping. Kelly Hayes reports.
