TORONTO – Toronto police have released the identity of a man who was fatally stabbed in Scarborough on Sunday night.
The victim is 21-year-old Trey Theriault and two suspects arrested in connection to the stabbing have been charged with second-degree murder.
The suspects have been identified as Tyron Green and Saleh Osman, both 18 years of age.
Theriault was found at a townhouse complex with multiple stab wounds near Kingston Rd. and McCowan Rd. around 10 p.m. and was rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
He was later pronounced dead.
It is the 26th homicide in Toronto this year.
