Vernon RCMP are investigating after a motorcycle accident left two people dead this morning.
It happened around 6:30 a.m. on East Vernon Road. Police believe that the victims were travelling northbound on their motorcycle when it left the road and hit a parked utility trailer.
The victims, both men, were pronounced dead at the scene. Vernon RCMP believe neither of them were wearing helmets.
RCMP and the BC Corner’s Service are investigating, and the victims’ names have not been released.
Anyone with information on the crash is asked to call Vernon RCMP or CrimeStoppers.
