TORONTO — Actor Shia LaBeouf suffered minor injuries Tuesday night on the set of his new movie American Honey.
The 29-year-old was taken to a North Dakota hospital to receive stitches to his head and hand.
According to a statement from LaBeouf’s publicist, the injuries were “minimal.”
“He is due back on set tomorrow,” the statement added.
TMZ reported that LaBeouf was filming a scene in which he puts his head through a glass window when he was injured.
In 2008, LaBeouf seriously injured his left hand in a car crash in Los Angeles. He underwent several surgeries.
