Audio from multiple 911 calls made during the incident painted a violent picture of the security guards attacking patrons who were already down.

“Everyone’s telling the bouncers to stop but they won’t,” says one 911 caller. “They’re kicking a guy in the face right now.”

“Somebody’s kicking an unconscious person in the face?” asks the dispatcher.

“Yeah, the guys in the orange shirts are. Everyone’s trying to pull them off but they keep doing it,” he replies.

Action News Jax reported that 36-year-old Russell Rogatenko was admitted to the hospital for a fractured nose after he tried to help his girlfriend, who was thrown to the floor by a security guard.

They also reported that the second person in hospital is Bruno Abreu. According to the police report, a witness said Abreu was rendered unconscious and thrown into the water by security staff when he “attempted to come to the female’s aid.”

However, the 911 call made by the restaurant manager tells a different story.

“I’ve got guys that are kicking out patrons and I need them trespassed,” he says. “They’ve been fighting with each other and my security guys.”

Police say they are investigating the incident and no arrests have been made.
