WATCH: Woman eats 216 ounces of steak in 20 minutes

TORONTO – A 125-pound woman has set a new eating record by swallowing 216 ounces of steak in 20 minutes. The best part — she didn’t leave out the appetizers.

Competitive eater Molly Schuyler, who ate five pounds of bacon in five minutes at the end of March, returned Sunday to the scene of a previous assault on steak to eclipse her old record.

Instead of two meals in under 12 minutes at The Big Texan Steak Ranch in Amarillo, Texas, she devoured three in 20 minutes.

A ‘meal’,  according to the CBS affiliate, apparently consisted of one 72-ounce slab of beef, a roll, baked potato, shrimp cocktail and side salad. Multiply that by three and you have enough food for a small army.

What does 216 ounces of steak look like? Well, Toronto native John Candy’s character Chester “Chet” Ripley famously tackled the ‘Old 96er’ in the 1988 summer comedy The Great Outdoors. But even that steak was still less than half of what little Schuyler devoured.

Schuyler was up against professional wrestlers, football players and other competitive eaters – none of whom stood a chance.

Her efforts earned her a cool five thousand dollars in prize money and some serious bragging rights.
