Delta police are investigating two shootings that rang out on Easter Sunday.
The first shooting happened on 79th Avenue near 115th Street just before six last night.
Police say several shots were fired and a silver Toyota car was seen leaving the scene. They say there was no reports or evidence of injuries or property damage.
The second happened three hours later and a few blocks away.
Neighbours reported shots fired at a home near 83rd and 110th Street.
This is the second targeted shooting at the home in just nine days and the third this year.
Officers believe the intended target is a man who is known to police, but no longer lives at the home.
Investigators say it’s still too early to tell if the two shootings last night are linked.
Police ask that anyone with information related to these incidents or other incidents to contact Police or Crime Stoppers.
