WINNIPEG – Police have arrested a man they believe was the person who showed up at a Tim Hortons with a hole cut in his Lululemon pants to expose himself.

The man walked into a Kenaston Boulevard Tim Hortons wearing a pair of tight black Lululemon pants with a strategically cut hole at about 6:40 p.m. on Feb. 2.

“It does appear he modified these pants so that he could be exposed. I’m not going to go further than that,” Const. Jason Michalyshen said at the time.

He ordered and received a coffee before leaving. The person who served him later said he was too busy to notice the man was exposed, but someone in the drive-through even saw him through the window, police said.

He was later seen walking in a parking lot in the same condition.

Police released images of the man taken from the Tim Hortons surveillance camera and the sex crimes unit identified a suspect.

Police arrested a 44-year-old man on Tuesday in the Mandalay West area, they said. He faces three counts of committing and indecent act and has been released until a future court date.
