When it opened it’s doors six years ago, it was the only one of its kind in BC. Today, the crossing, a treatment centre for youth in Keremeos, is closed. The operator of the facility says it had no choice due to a lack of provincial funding while the government says it was the operator who pulled the plug. the government says it’s working on a new plan, but as Kelly Hayes reports the future of the facility is still up in the air.
