TORONTO – A three-year-old Kingston, Ont. girl who underwent a successful liver transplant last month has returned home.

A video of the emotional homecoming was recorded on video and posted on the family’s Facebook page last Friday.

“Happiness is being back together, finally. Life was good to us as it has always kept us together, through all the storms we have been through during our short lives so far,” the family wrote on its Facebook page.

“Our transplants are the only storms we will have had to face physically separated.”

Phuoc Wagner, along with her twin sister Binh, both suffer from a genetic disorder called Alagille Syndrome, which affects the girls’ vital organs.
