VANCOUVER – The community is rallying around victims of a huge condo fire in Coquitlam.

More than 100 people have been displaced by the blaze and it could be months before they can return home.

Dozens of people made donations at the Eagle Ridge United Church Tuesday night. Food, clothing and cash were collected for the people affected.

The fire broke out Monday night at the building on Glen Drive near Coquitlam Centre Mall. At one point, flames could be seen shooting through the building’s roof.

Investigators are still trying to determine what sparked the fire.
