LIVE: President Barack Obama delivers State of the Union address 2015

TORONTO – U.S. President Barack Obama is set to deliver his sixth and second-to-last State of the Union address to Congress Tuesday night.

Obama is expected to lay out plans for the final phase of his presidency, including new consumer cyber-security protections and paid family leave while aiming to drive a debate over middle-class economics that could be critical for the 2016 presidential race.
