TORONTO – A woman has died after being struck by a vehicle
in west-end Toronto.

 

Just before noon on Monday, 38-year old Jenna Morrison was riding her bike near the intersection of Dundas St and Sterling Rd, when she was struck by the truck which was turning at the intersection.
 

 

According to Toronto Police Constable. Hugh Smith, Morrison suffered serious head injuries when she became trapped under the truck. 

 

She has been
pronounced dead.

 

Jenna Morrison was a yoga instructor, registered massage therapist, and mother to a 5 year old boy. She was also 4 months pregnant. Her friends are setting up a trust fund for the child, whose father just battled cancer.

A child-seat was on the back of the bicycle though there was no child in it.

 

 

Ontario’s Chief Coroner is
currently investigating cyclist deaths in the province of Ontario.
