Man dies of injuries after stabbing in High Park

TORONTO – One person is dead and another has been charged with second-degree murder after a stabbing incident in Toronto’s west end.

Paramedics were called to the scene in the Keele and Bloor Street area at about 8:40 p.m. Tuesday where a male victim was found with a stab wound to the torso.

The man, described as being in his 50s, died in hospital early Wednesday.

Police say a suspect is in custody and has been charged.

No names or other details were immediately released.
