The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have a busy three days planned for their first official visit to the United States.
Prince William and his wife, Kate arrived in New York City Sunday night and were greeted outside the Carlyle Hotel by a throng of media and admirers.

The royals will pay their respects at the September 11th National Memorial and Museum, and take in an NBA game between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the host Brooklyn Nets.
William visited Washington to meet with U.S. President Barack Obama at the White House Monday.
The couple is expecting their second child in April.
