Vance Joy will open for Swift on the North American dates and Toronto’s own Shawn Mendes will join the tour “for select performances,” according to Swift’s website.

Tickets for the North American dates go on sale Nov. 14.

Swift’s new album 1989 was released last week and is expected to become the first 2014 album to go platinum this year. It has spawned the smash hit “Shake It Off.”
