Pope Francis on Wednesday invited two Italian youngsters, who attended his weekly audience at the Vatican, to hitch a ride with him in the popemobile.
Raffaele Scafuri and Antonio Di Muro were taken for a spin in the vehicle around Saint Peter’s Square, much to their delight.

The boys, from Giffoni Sei Casali, a town in the Italian province of Caserta, were helped by pope‘s bodyguards to hop on board the vehicle.
They then gleefully hugged each other, punching their hands in the air with joy as they began their ride.
After their trip around the square, the two boys kissed the pope on both cheeks before going back to their group.
