Road closures for Toronto’s Nuit Blanche arts festival

TORONTO – There will be a number of road closures this weekend due to the annual night-time arts festival in Toronto.

The 2014 Scotiabank Nuit Blanche will take place from sunset, Saturday Oct. 4 to sunrise, Sunday Oct. 5.

Subway service will be provided all-night, from 2:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., between St Clair West and Eglinton stations as well as between Keele and Woodbine stations.

Toronto police say road closures will begin at 3 p.m. on Saturday and they are as follows:

Queen Street West: full closure between Bay St. and Cameron St.

Spadina Avenue: partial and full closures between College St. and Front St. W.

Bathurst Street: partial and full closures between King Street West and Lake Shore Blvd.

Fort York Boulevard: full closure between Fleet St. and Spadina Ave.

Bremner Boulevard: between Spadina Ave. and Lower Simcoe St.
