TORONTO – Ward 44 incumbent Ron Moeser was returned to city council Monday, winning Ward 44 by approximately 600 votes.
He was up against a long list of opponents in the election, including Diana Hall—a candidate he defeated by a mere 61 votes in the 2006 and with just 284 votes in 2010.
